We have a renewed Carriage House, that shows well.
The kitchen, living and dining areas are upstairs.
The biggest bedroom used to be the garage part, and on the left, the south, is one, divisible, huge room, that has a divider, so it can function as one or two rooms.
The bathroom is on the grade level, center, rear.
